The event is structured to combine an educational series on engagement strategies in addition to providing networking opportunities with industry peers to discuss challenges and successes engaging their member populations. You will also have the opportunity to meet in person with the executives, thought leaders, and project managers of Eliza.  This letter is available for those attendees who require pre-event materials to support the approval process within their organizations.


Outcomes2016 - Summary

For the second year in a row, Eliza held another successful Client Summit at the Charles Hotel in Cambridge. We had a wonderful turnout of over 100 clients, colleagues, and partners.  Over our two-day conference, we heard from innovative industry leaders and had some fun too! Our clients and Eliza leaders discussed how in a dysfunctional healthcare industry we have to change the conversations with consumers.

  • Learned we need to be aware of unmentionables that interfere with healthcare
  • Rethinking and reprioritizing what really matters in consumers lives, like getting a job before adhering to care programs
  • Do a better job talking to consumers as people to identify what matters to them, as Stuart Diamond termed connected with the micro-culture
  • Engage with consumers with EMPATHY and not force them into conventional solutions
