SOMA athlete to visit Eliza for a check presentation

DANVERS, Mass., Nov. 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- On Friday, November 13, at 9:30 a.m., Eliza Corporation (Eliza) will present Special Olympics Massachusetts (SOMA) representatives with a donation from the Company's employee wellness competitions and T-shirt sales.  Eliza's Special Olympics donation will support Sports Training and Competition programs year round to individuals with intellectual disabilities throughout the state of Massachusetts -- allowing them to live healthier lives in communities that are accepting of their abilities.

Danny Williamson, a local Special Olympics athlete, will take some time to talk with Eliza employees about his experience with Special Olympics.  To offer a preview of this incredible athlete -- over the last nine years, Danny has competed in basketball, track and soccer events.  He also attended the 2014 National Games in New Jersey, where he received a gold medal in the shot put.  Eliza employees will have the chance to ask Danny questions, and learn more about additional ways to support the Special Olympics, including upcoming events such as:
