The Consumer Experience and Digital Health Forum will take place October 12-14, at the Swissotel Chicago.  The Forum will go beyond the tech tools and gadgets to provide insights on practical, tactical ways of engaging consumers in their health and the health care system. Presenters will evaluate:

  • how data is captured, shared and used to create actionable insights
  • how disruptors are changing the healthcare landscape as we know it
  • how digital engagement tools can help consumers reach their potential
