Gadi Lachman – Chief Operating Officer

Gadi oversees the financial, operational, and business development activities that support Eliza's continued growth within the healthcare market. He brings 20 years of experience in leadership roles in operations and finance.

Prior to joining Eliza, Gadi was a vice president at the Trizetto Group, where he lead the operations of its Cost and Quality of Care business unit, including strategy, business planning and budgeting processes, business development and alliances efforts. Gadi joined TriZetto via the acquisition of CareKey, where he performed operations and finance leadership roles. He served as a CEO of a subsidiary of Kaplan and also worked at Lehman Brothers Inc.'s Investment Banking Division. He received his MBA from the Harvard Business School with high distinction and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting, as well as an LLB degree in law from the Tel-Aviv University.
