Graciela Kravtzov – Vice President, Operations

Graciela leads application development and operations at Eliza – including technology planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and quality assurance. In this role Graciela works closely with Eliza's marketing group, customers, and R&D staff to design, develop and support new features and solutions using Eliza's technology.

Graciela has over fifteen years experience in developing and managing IT infrastructure in start-up environments. Prior to Eliza, she founded K Informatica Educativa, the leading distance-learning company in Argentina. K Informatica developed the first nationally certified distance learning system for graduate-level IT instruction in Argentina.

Graciela holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Buenos Aires, and master's degree in computer science from Boston University.
