Ivy Krull, MPH – Vice President, Interaction Design

Drawing on ten years of experience working specifically on healthcare technology and behavior change, Ivy coordinates and oversees the design process from the conception of an idea, to the final script. Once the Interaction Design team has a final product, she is key in facilitating a smooth transition from design to actual implementation.

Ivy brings a combination of experience in healthcare technology and provider interaction initiatives to Eliza. Her background includes managing healthcare delivery system implementations and designing tools to improve charge capture, claims editing, HEDIS reporting, data collection and reporting opportunities. Additionally, she has worked on credentialing and case management software design and implementations. Prior to joining Eliza, Ivy worked as a Senior Implementation Engineer and Director of Operations at other healthcare organizations including MedAptus, NaviMedix and McKesson (formerly HBOC and HPR).

Ivy holds a bachelor's degree in theology from Harvard University and master's degrees in Public Health and Social Work from Boston University.
